Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I had to learn to change my lifestyle - it hasn't been easy and it is continuous work but the results are life changing.

I have developed my training regime to help a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients so you each have a personalised workout.

I am fully qualified in the following:

  • Level 2 Gym Instructor

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • Level 4 Obesity & Weight Management

  • Level 4 Advanced Sports Nutrition
