Private Personal Training Studio
Project Fitness & Nutrition was formed to allow people to be themselves in a comfortable environment and be able to concentrate on the movements and fundamentals needed to make the changes you want without having to worry about being looked at and judged in a typical mainstream gym.
I grew tired of seeing people in the gym punishing themselves for hours on cardio equipment, trying to reach their goals. I believe this is an ineffective way to lose/gain weight and reach goals. You need a balance between strength and high intensity training coupled with a nutritional plan. This is the best way to start a lifestyle change rather than a fad diet or 2hrs on a treadmill!
Our studio is based on Tylney Road in Bromley. The studio has been fitted with all the equipment required to offer functional fitness, including a squat rack with Olympic bar, Olympic weights, Peg wall, EZ bars, Multi weight sandbags, boxing bags & a battle rope to name just a few.
The studio is a 300sqft open space with a separate equipment room, Nutrition & Assessment room, bathroom and even a small kitchen. The space is light and airy with plenty of room to move and there is parking available for clients.
The area has been carefully designed to enhance your personal training experience so we can focus on you and your goals.
